- 4We haul it, then you payWe load everything, sweep up, and collect payment only after the job is finished.
Do you remove the floor and foundation?
We remove wood floors and skids. We don't remove concrete slabs.
Can you clean out the shed and leave the structure?
Yes. We can just empty it if you want to keep the shed.
Do I need a permit?
Usually not for removal, but check with your HOA if you have one. We're happy to work around HOA rules.
