How we handle it
- Step 1Before we start, we go through the home with you.
- Step 2Anything you want kept, photographed or set aside stays put.
- Step 3Items with value or use left in them are donated or resold.
- Step 4The rest is recycled or disposed of properly, and the house is left broom-clean and ready to list.
Can you work with our realtor?
Yes. We can coordinate access and timing directly with your agent.
Do you handle the whole house in one day?
Many homes can be done in one day. Larger homes or ones with a lot of stored items may take longer. We'll tell you upfront.
What if family members live out of state?
We can coordinate everything by phone or video call.
