Schedule a time that works for you
We book appointments seven days a week between 8 AM and 8 PM. Same-day and next-day slots are common. You get a 2-hour arrival window, and we call 30 minutes before we pull up.

Confirm your price before we start
Once we see the items in person, we give you a total upfront price for everything you want gone. If you add or remove items, we'll update the total right there so there are no surprises later.
- 4Step 4
We do the work, then you pay
We lift, carry and load everything ourselves, from wherever it is in your home or property. Then we clean up the area. Payment is collected after the job is complete.
What affects the price
Jobs start at $80, and every job is priced on what you actually have, by volume and weight. Our trailers are 16 feet long and 7 feet wide, with 4-foot walls. The main things that change the total are:
Volume
How much space your items take up in the truck.
Weight and material
Concrete, dirt, roofing and other heavy debris cost more to dispose of.
Difficulty
Stairs, tight spaces, or items that need to be disconnected or cut down, like hot tubs and sheds.
Disposal requirements
Some items, like refrigerators and electronics, have special recycling rules.
Payment options
Payment is collected after the job is complete.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Photo, phone and in-person estimates are free with no obligation.
Will the price change when you get there?
Only if what we find is different from what was in the photos. Either way, you get a total before we start, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Do I have to be home?
Not always. For curbside or outdoor pickups, leave the items out and we'll send before and after photos once the job is done, before you pay. For jobs inside, someone needs to let us in.
Do you offer no-contact pickup?
Yes. Leave the items outside, confirm by text, and pay by Cash App, Venmo or Zelle.
